By accessing or using any part of the Services, whether free or paid, you agree to these Terms.
Your purchase may include one or more of the following (as described on the checkout/sales page):
Access to online course content (videos, lessons, templates, resources)
Access to AI tools/bots and/or community areas
1:1 sessions
We may update or improve the content from time to time.
3) Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase. You confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have authority to use the payment method.
4) Account Access and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and any access links/passwords provided.
You must not share your account, passwords, or paid materials with others.
We may suspend access if we reasonably suspect account sharing, misuse, fraud, or breach of these Terms.
5) Licence and Acceptable Use
When you purchase, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal use only.
You must not:
Copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, or share the Course materials (including downloads, templates, videos, bot prompts, or recordings)
Record or redistribute paid sessions without permission
Use the Programme to create a competing course or product
Harass, abuse, or harm others in any community, session, or messaging channel
We reserve the right to remove users from the Programme/community for unacceptable behaviour without refund where appropriate.
6) Intellectual Property
All content in the Programme (including videos, text, templates, frameworks, scripts, branding, and materials) is owned by us or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property laws. No rights are granted other than those expressly stated in these Terms.
7) Pricing, Payment, and Taxes
Prices are shown at checkout and may change at any time for future purchases.
Payments are processed by Stripe (or another payment provider). We do not store your full card details.
If VAT applies, it will be displayed at checkout.
If you choose a payment plan (if offered), you agree to pay all instalments on time. Failure to pay may result in loss of access until resolved.
1) What it is
The Success Fee applies only to users enrolled in the paid Sales Placement Path Programme and does not apply to users accessing free tools, AI bots, or standalone training unless explicitly agreed in writing.
2) Eligible roles
The success fee applies if you accept an offer for a sales or sales-adjacent role, including (but not limited to): SDR, BDR, Sales Development, Business Development, Inside Sales, or substantially similar roles.
3) When it applies (trigger)
The success fee becomes applicable when you accept a written job offer (including acceptance by email or written confirmation).
4) Success Fee Period
The success fee applies if you accept an eligible offer:
during your active access to the Programme, or within 6 months after your access ends,
where the opportunity was sourced, supported, or materially influenced by activities during the Programme (including applications, outreach, introductions, referrals, interview prep, or strategy).
5) How the success fee is calculated (salary bands)
The success fee is based on the annual base salary stated in your offer letter/contract (not OTE/commission):
Base salary under £28,000: £300 total (2 payments of £150)
Base salary £28,000 to £39,999: £500 total (2 payments of £250)
Base salary £40,000 and above: £1,000 total (2 payments of £500)
6) Payment schedule (aligned to paydays)
The success fee is paid in two instalments, aligned to your first two salary payments from the eligible role:
Payment 1 (50%) is due within 7 days of you receiving your first salary payment from the new role.
Payment 2 (50%) is due within 7 days of you receiving your second salary payment from the new role.
If your employer pays weekly/fortnightly rather than monthly, “first” and “second” salary payments refer to the first and second pay events you receive from that employer.
You agree to notify us within 7 days of accepting the offer and confirm the expected pay schedule so we can provide the correct payment link(s) at the appropriate time.
7) Evidence required
You agree to provide reasonable evidence solely for calculating the correct band and confirming the trigger, such as a screenshot or copy of the offer letter showing the role title, company name, start date, and base salary (you may redact non-essential personal information).
8) Non-circumvention
You must not avoid the success fee by accepting an eligible offer obtained through an employer or contact you engaged with during the Programme while withholding notification, or by delaying disclosure to bypass the Success Fee Period. If an eligible offer is accepted within the Success Fee Period, the success fee remains payable.
9) Failure to pay
If payment is not made when due, we may suspend access to the Programme and/or take reasonable steps to recover the outstanding amount in accordance with these Terms.
Due to the digital nature of the Programme and immediate access to materials, all sales are final once access is provided, unless required by law.
If your purchase includes calls or you buy calls separately:
Booking is subject to availability via our scheduling link.
Rescheduling: Allowed with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Late cancellations/no-shows: If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or do not attend, the session may be forfeited (no refund), except at our discretion.
Calls may be recorded for quality/training purposes only.
We provide education, coaching, and tools to help you improve your job search and interview performance. However:
We do not guarantee employment, interviews, offers, compensation, or any specific timeline. Your results will depend on your effort and how you apply what’s taught.
Outcomes also depend on factors outside our control, including market conditions, your background and experience, location, performance, and employer decisions.
The Programme is for educational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, or medical/mental health advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses (including loss of income, opportunities, or employment).
Our total liability for any claim related to the Programme is limited to the amount you paid for the Programme in the 12 months before the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death/personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
We may offer free or trial access to AI-powered tools, including interview practice bots, cold call roleplay simulations, and training assistants.
These tools are provided for educational and practice purposes only. They simulate conversations and provide automated feedback based on programmed scenarios and available data.
We do not guarantee accuracy, realism, job offers, sales outcomes, revenue improvement, or performance results from the use of AI tools.
Free or trial access may be limited, modified, or withdrawn at any time at our discretion.
We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access to free tools if we reasonably believe there is misuse, abuse, or breach of these Terms.
Our use of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy: https://privacy.salesplacementpath.com/policy
If you don’t have one yet, Stripe will usually also want a privacy page.
We may use third-party platforms to deliver the Programme (course host, community platform, scheduling tools, AI tools). Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or engage in fraud, abuse, harassment, or account sharing. Where termination is due to your breach, refunds may not be provided.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with the updated date. Continued use of the Programme after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of England and Wales.
